Student trainee in project management
(M/W/D)
The work student will be assigned to project teams I-III (trade fairs and events) and will be responsible for supporting project managers as an assistant. If appropriate, working in construction is also possible. Fluency in German and English is a must.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting project managers in day-to-day operations
- Obtaining quotes from our suppliers
- Carrying out supplier comparisons
- Creating and editing graphic lists
- Support for travel expense reports
- Booking hotels and flights
- Assisting with input in Navision Business Central
- Assisting with construction according to the specifications of the construction team leader
- Changes and adjustments to CAD drawings
Your qualifications
- Studies in the field of wood technology, construction, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
- Successful completion of the first semesters
- Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
- Fluency in German
